From Super Mario, anime, the MP3 player, and to the world’s most affordable family cars, Japan has always been a leader in creating products that put a bit of extra happiness into our lives. Not only are Japanese innovations unique, but so is its rich culture that is captivating for anyone who experiences it. Japan is a wonder in Asia that our children need to see and experience. For 7 days, Young Explorers will step out of the comforts of their homes and explore the best Tokyo has to offer. Through company visits and hands-on workshops, they will be inspired by meeting industry leaders at leading technology companies, explore innovations at museums, challenge themselves in public speaking, create lasting friendships, and much more.

Every Evening: Reflections, Skill-Building Activities & Final Tour Project Preparation.
Students will receive an Exploracademy Certificate of Curriculum Completion.

Founded in 1889, Nintendo is one of the world's oldest and largest video game companies of all time. It is the home of popular games including Super Mario, Super Smash Bros, Pokemon, The Legend of Zelda, and many more. Young Explorers will tour its headquarters and hear about how the company has successfully reinvented itself to stand the test of time.
teamLab Borderless is the world's first digital art museum. Young Explorers will experience how digital art breaks the laws of physics and inspires us to truly think beyond the borders.
